I was greeted at the kiosk by a cheerful young woman with gorgeous curly hair :) I drove into the facility, where I was met by a very pleasant young man named Bob. I popped the trunk, and before I could get out of the car he was already removing the load for me. After he emptied my car, Bob took the time to brush off my back seat where one of the items had been sitting. I have used your facility many times before and always recommend it to my neighbors and friends. Thanks, Bob, for a job well done
