Do Not use this company to do your tax returns. They will gouge you for every penny they can get away with. The woman at the reception is really rude and will not let you finish a sentence - she just keeps butting in. She also hasn't a clue on how to use their credit card machine, she charged my credit card with the incorrect amount, couldn't figure out how to cancel and ended up crediting my credit card, then proceeded to ask for all the information again. The staff have an attitude of "I don't care if I have your business or not". If I could give less than one star I would.
