I own Champion equipment that performs well, but it sees heavy use and needs replacement parts. Getting through to Champion is difficult, and when I do reach someone, the parts are consistently out of stock. I’ve been trying to obtain specific parts for over a year and keep encountering new delays. As a result, I’ve had to source compatible components from other manufacturers by trial and error for the engine and blade assemblies. Retailers that sell Champion products don’t carry basic replacement parts. Therefore, I discourage anyone from buying Champion equipment.
