Note moyenne 3,0 basée sur 1 avisUnprofessional service from Ashley in the salon. As a client I have never felt so unappreciated & neglected. Once after she applied color to my hair, she left to the store side for the whole 45 minutes. Not once did she come to check upon me. Also stood up by her around the holidays without a call explaining. Another time..one week after an apt, I called & called to advise not happy with the cut she did. When I got to see her to correct the cut, she CHARGED ME FULL PRICE AGAIN!! Extremely poor customer service.
