The owner and her mother have poor social skills if you have concerns with a staff member such as them choosing a song that talks about statutory rape in it. Many measurements were not taken for costumes and this was mentioned to help them but their responses varied depending on who you spoke to, no responsibility taken for the oversight like maybe measuring some kids and management also responded by saying everyone was measured when many moms and students knew it never happened. What would we have to gain from costumes not fitting? It is not our reputation on the line? A certain instructor also belittles the kids at times, was seen raising his voice and pulling a child with ASD by the arm for interrupting.
