My daughter broke her arm and I understand this can happen. But no call or email to see how she was after leaving the 3rd class hurt. Then nothing but trouble all they are concerned about is their insurance. No offer of a full refund about 1/3 of the cost even though she did not even attend half the classes. After multiple hospital visit parking/cast/Dr note. I would not recommend hearless and horrible
